In the drawing studio, students are given various materials to explore and use to their best advantage. Materials given are: pencil, colored pencil, markers, chalk, charcoal and oil pastel.
Students are trained in the art of painting, using acrylic tempera paint. They are also taught how to sort and properly take care of paintbrushes.
Collage is the art of cutting out paper and arranging it into an interesting composition. Students will be given a variety of papers and adhesives to experiment with.
Students will experiment with both liquid and pan watercolors while using a variety of watercolor techniques.
Sculpture studio is a collection of a variety of materials where students are inspired to create three-dimensional works of art. Materials provided are: cardboard, wire, modeling clay, paper mache, plaster and more.
