Upside-Down Drawing
In order to "draw better" we must first learn how to see things differently. Drawing a familiar object upside down, helps to trick our brains into drawing from pure observation. Instead of seeing "a person with hands and eyes etc", you should now just see shapes, lines and details. This switch allows us to use the right side of our brains (the drawing side) instead of the left side (the verbal side).
