Mind Warm UpsArt Principles and Elements
Mondays are the day we learn about what makes good art good. Every Monday of class we will have a warm-up. Warm-ups are a HUGE part of your grade. They are graded on a "sink or swim" style. Do them, and do them well. Don't just throw them together in 3 min and call it done. These are your weekly participation points. Warm-ups are class work. I will come by on Thursday's to check and grade them. They are due at the beginning of class on Thursday. Not after class because you didn't take the time to get them done. Why learn these? The PRINCIPLES and elements effect your life. From what you wear to how you decorate your house to the world that we live. To understand what you are looking at can INFLUENCE you. |
